I've been listing and selling REO's for 5 years now, and have one day turnaround for broker price opinions (BPO's), and 2 day turnarounds for CMA's (Competitive Market Analyses), a more detailed version of the bpo. I have a second person in my office that's licensed and can help with the work load.
I've listed and sold close to 100 REO's in the last 5 years, and currently work with Bank of America, Green River Capital, Wells Fargo, and CitiBank just to name a few. I provide valuation services, occupancy verifications, Cash for Keys, and Maintenance Services such as winterizations/ de-winterizations, snow removal, and re-keying for these institutions.
